Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (like QuickBooks), we collect authentication tokens and sync data as authorized by you. We store this data securely in your isolated graph database instance.

Usage Information: We collect information about how you use our Platform, including:

API calls and credit consumption
Query patterns and performance metrics
Feature usage and interaction patterns
Error logs and debugging information

Technical Information: We automatically collect certain technical information, including:

IP addresses and device information
Browser type and operating system
Access times and referring URLs
Cookie data from essential and preference cookies

Provide Services: Operate your graph database, process queries, manage integrations, and deliver our applications
Maintain Security: Protect against unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse of our Platform

AI Features: AI-powered Platform features (such as AI agents and natural language analysis) process your data only when you invoke them. This processing is performed using AI models hosted on AWS Bedrock within our cloud environment, and supporting capabilities such as semantic search are computed entirely within our infrastructure. Your data is not used to train AI models — by us or by any model provider.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services including AWS for infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing, and other providers necessary to deliver our Services
Shared Repositories: When you access shared data repositories (like SEC data), your queries may be logged for performance and compliance purposes
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction
Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you personally for research or marketing purposes

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

Dedicated graph database instances for your organization's data, with logically isolated schemas for accounting and investment records
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Access controls and authentication mechanisms
Regular backups with retention based on your subscription tier

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and comply with legal obligations. When your subscription ends, your graph database is decommissioned; we capture a final backup at that time and make it available for your organization's owners and administrators to download for 90 days. Your data is removed from our active systems at decommissioning, and in any event within 60 days of termination, and the final backup is deleted automatically when the 90 days expire.

Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
Portability: Export your graph database content in standard formats
Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications (service-related communications cannot be opted out of while using our Services)

Analytics: For usage analytics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookieless service. It measures aggregate traffic — such as page views, referrers, and general location — without setting cookies, tracking you across sites, or fingerprinting your device. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Bot Protection: Our public forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. It does not track you across sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may limit Platform functionality.

Our Services are primarily hosted in the United States. If you access our Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers.
